GMH Capital Partners (GMH) has opened and started the leasing of The Pendleton at Cranberry Woods, a 320-unit community located in Cranberry Township, Pa. The luxury property is located in the greater Pittsburgh area, which, according to Yardi Matrix, remains one of the more affordable metros in the U.S., with rent averaging $1,054 as of September 2017.
The property is located at 5001 Pendleton Way in the Village of Cranberry Woods, a 25-minute drive from downtown Pittsburgh. The community is situated near the Target-anchored Cranberry Commons shopping mall, providing easy access to routes 228 and 19, as well as Interstate 76.
The Pendleton offers a variety of common-area amenities, such as a club room with fireplace, lounges, billiards, bar, cyber café, conference rooms and business center. The property also provides outdoor leisure facilities, like a two-story fitness center with yoga studio, heated swimming pool, community playground and dog park. The one-, two- and three-bedroom units include:
