“Located in an actively growing and rapidly improving area of east Charlotte, Parkwood East is near schools, retail, office and restaurant options. Set just off of Independence Boulevard, the property has ready access to uptown Charlotte. As a result, Parkwood East is a convenient place to live with significant employment opportunities and a full array of nearby service and entertainment choices. We are excited about this addition to our portfolio,” said Philip Payne, CEO of Ginkgo Residential, in a prepared statement.
