Ginkgo Residential Buys 128-Unit Parkwood East Apartments in Charlotte
The garden-style community is located near the new master-planned, mixed-use community Meridian Place.

Charlotte, N.C.—Ginkgo Residential recently acquired a 128-unit, garden-style community located in Charlotte, N.C. Ginkgo’s new purchase, Parkwood East Apartments, is located at 7108 Wallace Road.
The property features a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments with units ranging between 702 and 964 square feet. Parkwood East Apartments offers residential amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, laundry facilities and 240 parking spaces. According to Yardi Matrix, rents at the community range between $625 and $747. Parkwood East is located less than a quarter mile from East Mecklenburg High School and half of a mile from a new master-planned mixed-use project Meridian Place.
