GFI Realty Arranges $4.3M Sale of Manhattan Property

New York—GFI Realty Services recently announced the sale of 250 Sherman Ave. for a total price of $4.3 million. The five-story apartment building is located in the Inwood section of Manhattan, between Isham Street and W. 207th Street.
GFI Realty Associate Sasha Berg represented the buyer, Lewis Barbanel of Barberry Rose Management, while Associate Director Daniel Shragaei represented the seller, a local investor.
Built in 1913, 250 Sherman Ave. is situated in close proximity to various local and national retailers. The 20-unit property offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The building is also located only two blocks away from the A train.
