Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, a provider of commercial real estate services, recently sold Iris Manor, a 58-unit multifamily property in Detroit. Thornton Enterprise LLC sold the asset to 9501 Iris Manor LLC for an undisclosed amount. Friedman Senior Investment Advisor Ryan Cohn and Friedman VPÂ David Cohen, represented the seller in this transaction.
Located at 9501 Iris St. in the Mackenzie neighborhood, the 1969-built property is just three miles from I-96 and approximately 11 miles from downtown Detroit. Wayne State University is within a 15-minute drive and the University of Michigan-Dearborn is 7 miles away. Walkways along the Detroit River are fewer than 15 miles away.
