Fountain Residential Partners has unveiled plans to build The Shiloh, a boutique, 241-bed student housing community in Kennesaw, Ga. The development team also includes Stuart Roosth Architects, Kimley-Horn Associates and Van Winkle Construction.

The Shiloh, which is set for completion in 2022, will comprise 52 homes with a unit mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom apartments. The homes will feature granite countertops, 50-inch flat-screen TVs, stainless steel appliances and washer/dryer units. Planned amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center and several private study rooms. The Shiloh will also have dedicated ride sharing and shuttle bus stops. Asset Living has been tapped to handle marketing and leasing at the property.

Located at 1465 Shiloh Road, the site is within 1 mile of Kennesaw State University and some 3 miles from Cobb County International Airport.

Jeremy Sain and Teddy Leatherman of JLL secured construction financing through First United Bank and Trust. In January, the duo arranged financing for another Fountain development. The company received $23 million in joint venture equity for a 630-unit student housing project in Clemson, S.C. The development will be delivered next year.
