First-Ever Octagon-Shaped Tower in NYC Begins Leasing

New York—A joint venture announced leasing has officially begun at a new luxury residential tower in the heart of NoMad in Manhattan.

J.D. Carlisle Development Corp., in partnership with DLI Real Estate Capital Partners and Mitsui Fudosan America Inc., have announced the leasing of One Sixty Madison, found at the nexus of Chelsea, Gramercy and Midtown.

Reaching 45-stories, One Sixty Madison offers 319 rental residences including studios and one- and two-bedroom homes. SLCE Architects created a unique octagonal structure with interiors of “sophistication and wit” by Philip Koether Architects. The harmony of their individual talents creates a beautiful rental property with remarkable attraction inside and out. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for the property.

One Sixty Madison’s signature octagon shape – the first and only of its kind in Manhattan – coupled with its unique 45 degree angle to the Avenue, create extraordinary views of the city that don’t align with the grid.
