Fickling & Co., Novare Group Breaks Ground on FL Community
Lullwater at Blair Stone in Tallahassee is slated for completion by the end of this year and will feature a clubhouse, swimming pool and pet park.
Lullwater at Blair Stone
Fickling & Co. and Novare Group have kicked off construction of Lullwater at Blair Stone, a 244-unit Class A community in Tallahassee, Fla. The development is slated for completion by the end of 2018.
Located at 3900 Blairstone Road, the property will occupy 20 acres near Freeway 261, which connects to Interstate 10. In addition to that, the community is approximately five miles from Florida State University. Lullwater at Blair Stone will comprise a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, featuring garages. The property will be surrounded by live oak trees and green space.
Communal area amenities will include:

- community pavilion
- playground
- car care center
- pet park

In February, Novare Group started the construction of a 25-story high-rise tower, a $1.8 billion mixed-use development in Frisco, Texas.
