Fickling & Co. JV Opens Florida Luxury Apartments

A joint venture between Fickling & Co. and Novare Group has opened Lullwater at Blair Stone, a 244-unit luxury apartment community in Tallahassee, Fla. 

Located at 3501 N. Blair Stone Road, the apartments are in a gated community close to historic downtown Tallahassee. The property provides access to Capital Circle Southeast, a major connector of Interstate 10. Additionally, the community is surrounded by live oak trees and greens space in the Southwood area of Tallahassee. 

Lullwater at Blair offers residents a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, featuring direct access to garages. Features in the units include walk-in closets, energy-efficient appliances and sunroom/patio combinations. Resident amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, residents-only clubhouse, community pavilion, care care center and a pet park. 

The partnership first broke ground on the property in May 2018. Last February, the joint venture broke ground on the 250-unit Lullwater at Hixson community in Tennessee.
