An entity controlled by Falcone Group, Sentosa Riverview Owner LLC, has broken ground on Sentosa Riverview, a 368-unit, Class A multifamily development in Riverview, Fla. Summit Contracting Group, a multifamily general contractor with offices in Atlanta and Jacksonville, Fla., was chosen to handle construction of the project. It is the fourth property that Summit is currently building in the Tampa, Fla., area.
The 375,212-square-foot apartment community is slated for completion in summer 2022. The architect is ARC3 Architecture Inc. Located on Highway 301, Sentosa Riverview will consist of nine residential buildings. Amenities will include a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, outdoor dining and grill area, playground, dog park and garages.
Summit is also the general contractor for four other projects in Tampa, including Novel Midtown Tampa, The Foundry NoHo, Legacy at Encore and The Independent, a 275,000-square-foot, 288-unit project that will also have a mezzanine of two-story loft apartments. Part of a master-planned development called Encore! in Tampa, it is slated for completion in early 2022.

In May, Summit broke ground on Southbank Urban Residences, a 185-unit, 263,519-square-foot luxury development overlooking St. Johns River for Ventures Development Group. It is expected to be finished by early 2022.
