Exclusive Tour of One Uptown Site

While visiting Dallas for the ULI Fall Meeting, MHN got the opportunity to see Humphreys & Partners’ One Uptown development in progress. The luxury condos will be accented by a restaurant on the ground floor and two swimming pools, one of which will be glass-bottomed and viewable from underneath. The condos, which range in size from efficiency to penthouse, all have floor-to-ceiling windows and glass-bordered balconies overlooking the city. Residents will have access to the second pool which is located on the roof, another vantage point for impressive views.
