The Reserve at Lone Tree will feature a nine-story building with 124 independent living units, as well as 60 assisted living and 24 memory care units across a five-story building. Independent living units will reach 1,650 square feet, while assisted living configurations will range between 430 and 1,100 square feet.
Planned amenities for the art- and sculpture-filled property include a central courtyard, an amphitheater, a greenhouse, sports and pickle ball courts, multiple dining spots, a coffee shop, a saltwater swimming pool, a fitness center, a spa equipped with a steam room sauna and a massage area, a rooftop bar and restaurant and a dog run, among others.
The planned facility is set to become the first luxury senior housing property in RidgeGate, a mixed-use, master-planned community across 3,500 acres. More than 1,000 acres of RidgeGate are dedicated to parks, trails and natural open space. The walkable community is also served by three light rail stations connecting it to downtown Denver, less than 20 miles northwest.
