ERC to Build St. Louis-Area Luxury Apartments

PURE at The Meadows in Lake St. Louis, Mo.

ERC Building Co. has received city approval to move forward on a new development in St. Charles County, Mo. Plans for PURE at The Meadows in Lake St. Louis call for 220 luxury apartments across 11 two- and three-story buildings. The firm acquired the eight-acre project site from The Meadows, according to the 70 West Sentinel.

Located at the south end of the 64-acre The Meadows at Lake St. Louis retail district, the development site is positioned near Interstate 64, less than 40 miles northwest of downtown St. Louis. The community will offer a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, containing between 800 and 1,300 square feet. Planned amenities include a fitness center, nearby parking and an event center.

“PURE at The Meadows is exactly what we have been looking for as it fits perfectly into our development plans and The City’s Comprehensive Plan,” said Meir Cohen, owner of The Meadows, in a prepared statement. “The addition of 300+ residents will shop and dine at The Meadows and surrounding developments, attend our signature events and farmer’s markets, and help attract new retailers to The Meadows. With our plans for a hotel and children’s museum still on our radar, there hasn’t been a more exciting time at The Meadows and Lake St. Louis.”
