Entertainment-Centric Apartments Launched in Florida
A new luxury apartment community for entertainment enthusiasts is coming.

Fort Lauderdale, Fla.—A new luxury apartment community, situated near the iconic coast of South Florida and the heart of the city’s entertainment district, was officially launched.
Alliance Residential started construction earlier this month on Broadstone Harbor Beach in Fort Lauderdale. The four-acre property is conveniently located off 17th Street just east of the Intracoastal Waterway and scheduled for completion in first quarter 2017.
“Alliance is focused on delivering premium rental units in the most sought-after locations — we continue to seek out the best sites in neighborhoods with great access to lifestyle amenities,” said Michael Ging, managing director of development for Florida. “We are especially excited about starting the Broadstone Harbor Beach development, as it epitomizes the desirability of location we seek for each of our projects.”
With views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean, the 394-unit eight-story project is just minutes from the Port Everglades Seaport and the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Future residents will have a wide array of entertainment options.
Broadstone Harbor Beach will include three social-centric courtyards. The first showcases a resort-style pool with cabanas and a pool pavilion with billiards. The second is a space for outdoor relaxation featuring plush landscaped seating areas and oversized umbrellas. The third is an action-packed gaming area with a putting green, bocce ball and bean bag toss. The community highlights a clubroom with additional gaming options, demonstration kitchen, exercise studio facility with yoga and boxing, and a movie theater. Resident services include zoom lockers for dry-cleaning and package storage.
