Embrey Partners will begin construction this month on The Elm at River Park, a planned 293-unit community in Fort Worth, Texas. The developer acquired the site in December from Reilly Brothers Property Co., public records show. Amegy Bank provided construction financing for the project.

According to Yardi Matrix data, The Elm at River Park will be built on a vacant 6.5-acre parcel at 2500 River Park Drive. The community will be roughly 1 mile from The Shops at Clearfork, where various dining, shopping and entertainment options are available. Additionally, the development will be more than 6 miles from downtown Fort Worth.

With a farmhouse design, The Elm at River Park is set to include one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans. Plans also call for a swimming pool, gym, dog park and a separate parking structure. The first residents are expected to occupy the property in summer 2021.
