Do you know anyone in this industry who would turn down a multifamily property tour? These are always sell-out events that bring together owners, developers, property managers, designers and others to see the latest and greatest ideas in the marketplace.

On Oct. 16 MHN was fortunate to partner with Forest City Ratner for several tours of New York by Gehry at 8 Spruce Street in downtown Manhattan.

For those who like to keep track, you should know that, at 870 feet tall, New York by Gehry is currently the tallest residential tower in New York and also the Western Hemisphere. Even when CIM Group’s condo high-rise 432 Park Avenue (1,396 feet) is completed, New York by Gehry will remain the tallest rental apartment tower—at least until another contender comes along.
