Corian Design, DuPont’s brand of solid surface materials, has introduced a set of 15 new colors for their Solid Surface line and 10 new aesthetics for the Corian Quartz line. The collections offer design possibilities for interior spaces and architecture projects.

Corian Solid Surface is a solid, homogeneous surfacing material composed of acrylic resin and natural minerals. The product is durable, cannot delaminate and has a nonporous surface that prevents dirt and stains from penetrating the material. The inconspicuous joints don’t allow fluids to infiltrate so bacteria and mold cannot take root. The Solid Surface line has been expanded with six new collections, Aggregate with four new colors, Terrazzo with three colors, and Linear, Nuwood, Onyx and Solid with two new colors each.

Corian Quartz is made with hard quartz crystals, which give the product durability and minimizes short- and long-term maintenance. The surface is heat resistant, nonporous and doesn’t allow liquids to penetrate. The 10 new aesthetics for Corian Quartz include six high gloss colors and four with a soft leathered texture.
