Broe Group opened Country Club Towers II and III in Denver to its first residents. Offering 1 million square feet of luxury living, the two-building project was designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz, who created a sawtooth exterior configuration for both towers, the first of its kind in Denver. Residents of the first 281 of 552 available units are moving into Tower II starting this month.
Located at 1101 E. Bayaud Ave., the community features studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans and penthouses, ranging from 560 to 1,796 square feet. Prices range from $1,600 to $6,500. Interiors come in two design schemes and include floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, fire pits, quartz or granite countertops, plank wood-style flooring, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets and oversized soaking tubs.

Denver luxury living is in high demand because it appeals to a broad group of consumers including empty nesters, super-commuters and young professionals. These groups seek the flexibility of maintenance-free city living without a long-term commitment and value convenience of on-site entertainment, fitness and personal services. The location between Bayaud and Downing offers quick access to Denver’s Wash Park, Cherry Creek neighborhood, downtown and Country Club.
“With Denver area housing inventory at record lows, consumers are choosing the benefits of luxury apartment communities without the commitments and risks of home ownership,” said Walter Armer, vice president of development for the Broe Real Estate Group. “Country Club Towers II & III feature the best of Denver luxury apartment living – the ideal location, the city’s best views, and the most premium amenities.”
