DEAL OF THE DAY: Sperry Van Ness Brokers Sale of Two Apartment Properties for $3.055M

Jefferson, Wis.—Sperry Van Ness represented the seller in the sale of two apartment properties here for $3,055,000.

Jefferson Oaks and Jefferson Commons were sold to Crown Court Properties by Roof Tree Properties, which was represented by Dan Roseliep and Shane Thomas of Sperry Van Ness.

The two properties were combined to form a 64-unit family affordable housing project utilizing Federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Funds. The assets also received an allocation of tax credits under the section 42 low income housing tax credit program, administered by Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority. The transaction was also funded by the United States Department of Agriculture under the section 515 program.
