Rocklin, Calif.‑Hendricks & Partners arranged the sale of Shannon Bay, located at 5757 Shannon Bay Drive in Rocklin, Calif. The 50-unit apartment community was sold for $3.85 million.
Rocklin, Calif.‑Hendricks & Partners arranged the sale of Shannon Bay, located at 5757 Shannon Bay Drive in Rocklin, Calif. The 50-unit apartment community was sold for $3.85 million.
The seller was Shannon Bay Company, a California general partner of Sacramento. The buyer was HDP Shannon Bay LP, a California limited partnership of Arcadia, Calif.
The transaction was negotiated by Steven A. Nelson and Al R. Inouye of the Sacramento office of Hendricks & Partners on behalf of the seller.
Since 1997, Nelson and Inouye have sold 15,429 units for $958,246,901 and are currently marketing several Northern and Central California properties.
