DEAL OF THE DAY: Dallas Investor Expands in Alamo City
A booming population attracts an investor to Seguin, Texas.

Seguin, Texas—Adobe Properties has added another Class A multifamily project to its growing portfolio with the acquisition of Oak Hollow Apartments in Seguin, Texas. The 160-unit asset sits about 35 miles east of San Antonio.
Seguin is the county seat for Guadalupe County, which saw a 47.8 percent increase in population from 2000 to 2010. Seguin is the retail hub for three counties: Guadalupe, Gonzalez and Wilson.

Oak Hollow was built in 2011. Amenities include a fitness center, business center, clubhouse, volleyball court, basketball court, swimming pool, spa and partially covered parking. Rents are averaging $919 per month, according to Yardi Matrix data.
Adobe is a subsidiary of Dallas-based Transcontinental Realty Investors.
