Bernard Financial Group arranged a $13,000,000 loan for the Westlake Apartments. The financing comes from Minnesota Life insurance Co.

Ann Arbor, Mich.–Bernard Financial Group arranged a $13,000,000 loan for the Westlake Apartments. The financing comes from Minnesota Life insurance Co.

The 510-unit apartment complex contains 446,510 of net rentable square feet and is located in Van Buren Township, Mich. The borrowing entity is Occidental Development LLC. The loan was originated by Dennis Bernard and Kevin Kovachevich of Bernard Financial.
