Bernard Financial Group has arranged a $3,750,000 loan for the Andover Park Apartments. This 215 unit garden style apartment property is located in Greenville, S. C. The borrowing entity is Andover Park Apartments LP. The loan was originated by Dennis Bernard and Kevin Kovachevich.

Greenville, S.C.‑Bernard Financial Group has arranged a $3,750,000 loan for the Andover Park Apartments.  This 215 unit garden style apartment property is located in Greenville, S. C. The borrowing entity is Andover Park Apartments LP.  The loan was originated by Dennis Bernard and Kevin Kovachevich.

The lender was Symetra Life Insurance Company, a servicing correspondent of Bernard Financial, which will also service the loan. The company represents several life insurance companies and conduits in Michigan.
