Raleigh, N.C.–Arbor Commercial Funding LLC recently funded a $9,500,000 loan under the Fannie Mae DUS loan program. The loan was for the 244-unit complex Four Seasons Apartments in Raleigh, NC.
The 10-year loan amortizes on a 30-year schedule and carries a note rate of 5.82 percent.
