Darren M. Wolberg Joins KeyBank Capital Markets as Head of Mortgage Trading

New York–Darren M. Wolberg has joined KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. as head of mortgage trading, based in New York City.

Wolberg will be responsible for overseeing KeyBanc Capital Markets’ structured products trading activities. He will also actively trade bonds backed by Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) loans, FHA mortgages (Ginnie Mae) and Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) originated.

As head of the structured products desk, Wolberg will lead a team that includes Rick Jones, Nate Baruch and Su Kim. The team will trade consumer asset-backed securities, mortgage specifieds, agency and non-agency collateralized mortgage obligations and hybrid adjustable-rate mortgage securities.
