Cushman & Wakefield’s Rick Graf to Serve as NAA Chairman
Graf has more than four decades of real estate management experience and has served on several NAA boards.
Rick Graf, president, Multifamily, Asset Services at Cushman & Wakefield, has been announced as the National Apartment Association’s 2021 Chairman.
Graf has more than four decades of real estate management experience and provides strategic oversight for the vision and growth of Cushman & Wakefield’s Multifamily Asset Services platform. Graf started as an onsite porter and worked his way up the ladder to managing a range of property types for major clients across several locations.
He previously served as vice president of the NAA Education Institute’s Board of Directors and Chair of the NAAEI Now Capital Campaign, which raised funds for industry leadership and education. Graf has also been involved in NAA’s annual conferences and served as the Chair of the Conference Committee.
Bob Pinnegar, NAA’s president & CEO, said in a prepared statement that Graf is a vibrant leader and offers a passionate voice for the multifamily industry, especially when it comes to education and affordable housing.
