Crescent SouthPark Upgrades to LaVie SouthPark
The 321-unit luxury apartment community in the SouthPark neighborhood of Charlotte has undergone a full rebrand.
Charlotte, N.C.—Crescent SouthPark has rebranded as LaVie SouthPark, offering studios, one- and two- bedroom floor plans, under the management of Lincoln Property Co., the second largest multifamily manager in the United States. LaVie SouthPark is a few minutes away from shops, restaurants and SouthPark Mall.
As the first fiber wired building in Charlotte, residents of LaVie SouthPark have access to wideband high speed internet, HD digital cable, USB outlets and designated meeting spaces.
The community is surrounded by 100-year-old double oak trees alongside a pond with water feature. LaVie SouthPark residents can also enjoy a health club, saltwater pool and an outdoor kitchen with fire pit areas. Residents can use LaVie’s own bikes on the wooded walking trails around the pond or the two-acre dog park. Inside, units feature kitchens with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, high ceilings, walk-in closets, wood-style plank flooring and 36-inch soaking tubs.
Community events are also common at the property, such as on-site food truck visits, monthly social events, mobile car wash and detailer arrangements, and mobile dog grooming.
Headquartered in Dallas, Lincoln Property Co. focuses on real estate investment, construction and development, in addition to property management. It has expanded its product mix to include commercial, build-to-suit, office, hotel, industrial and other mixed-use assets.
