Crescent Announces Builder Partners for Masons Bend
Crescent Communities will collaborate with Saussy Burbank and The Cunnane Group on the 550-acre community project.

Crescent Communities recently announced its partnership with two builder companies for the 550-acre, master-planned community Masons Bend in Fort Mill, S.C. Saussy Burbank and The Cunnane Group will build 72 single-family homes, representing the community’s first phase. A third builder will be named in early 2016.
Masons Bend
Saussy Burbank plans to break ground on the first homes in late 2015 and homes are estimated to be finished in summer 2016. Prices for Saussy Burbank homes in Masons Bend will be priced from the high $300,000s to the low $400,000s. Six home plans in several architectural styles will be available.
The Cunnane Group plans to break ground on the first homes in late 2015 and homes are estimated to be ready for occupancy in summer 2016. The 45 homes they are building will have prices starting at $419,000.
The development is west of Interstate 77 along the Catawba River, and Crescent is looking at the possibility of building a multifamily component to the project along I-77 as well.

Located nearby the historic downtown Fort Mill, the Masons Bend community will include approximately 650 homes with luxury amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool and nature trails. The community is situated within the Fort Mill School District, the top-ranked district in South Carolina, is 30 minutes away from Charlotte and is in close proximity to dining and shopping destinations like Baxter Village.
