Cordish Tops Off $120M MO High Rise
Scheduled to open in 2018, the 296-unit Two Light is the second new construction high-rise apartment building in downtown Kansas City in the last 50 years.

Two Light Luxury Apartments
The Cordish Cos. topped off the last column of its Two Light Luxury Apartments in the Kansas City Power & Light District of Kansas City, Mo. Two Light is the second of four high-rise apartment buildings being developed by Cordish within the district, starting with the 25-story One Light Luxury Apartments that opened in November of 2015. JE Dunn Construction Co. is handling construction and Hord Coplan Macht is the lead project architect. The building is slotted for completion in 2018.
The $120 million Two Light will join One Light as the second new construction high-rise apartment building in downtown Kansas City in the last 50 years. The 296-unit community will comprise 18 floors of studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans, as well as penthouses. The 24-story tower will feature a seven-story parking garage with 499 spaces, and a first floor consisting of 15,000 square feet of office and 3,100 square feet of retail space.

With more than 16,000 square feet of amenity space offered, Two Light will give residents access to the following:

- 24-hour lobby attendant and full-suite concierge

- an infinity edge pool

- outdoor bar
- belvedere relaxation and activity space

- an indoor heated pool and spa retreat
- a clubroom with a 120-inch television
