Continental Properties Debuts Louisana Apartments

Springs at Country Club, Lake Charles, La.

Continental Properties has completed the Springs at Country Club, a newly developed apartment community in Lake Charles, La. Doster Construction Co. finished building the 252-unit property on behalf of the developer. The two companies are currently partnering on four other communities, including the Springs at Hamburg, a 312-unit apartment community in Lexington, Ky. 

Located at 2130 Country Club Road, the two-story community offers studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging from 550 to 1,434 square feet. Interior features include a ground-level private entry, central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, dishwashers, granite countertops, island breakfast bars, stainless steel and energy-efficient appliances, hardwood-style floors, nine-foot ceilings, private balcony/patios, walk-in closets and washer/dryers. Residents of the pet-friendly Springs at Country Club have access to amenities including:
