Continental Properties has completed Authentix Cartersville, a 240-unit multifamily community in Cartersville, Ga. McShane Construction Co. was the general contractor and Excel Engineering provided architecture services.
The developer broke ground on the project in 2021, financing its construction with a $32 million loan from Synovus Bank, according to Yardi Matrix data. The note has a maturity date set in 2026.
The community comprises 10 two-story buildings on a 25.8-acre site, with one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging from 544 to 1,348 square feet. All apartments feature in-unit washers and dryers, while private balconies or patios are available for some layouts.
