Construction Complete for South Florida Senior Community

Walker and Co. has completed construction at Watercrest Naples Assisted Living and Memory Care, a 128-unit senior luxury community in Naples, Fla. Watercrest Senior Living Group and United Properties broke ground on the project in April 2018 and expect to welcome residents soon.

Situated at 9015 Bellaire Bay Drive on a 6.9-acre site, the senior living community is close to Interstate 75, roughly 16 miles northeast of downtown Naples. The property is right next Cameron Commons and less than 1 mile east of The Shoppes of PebbleBrooke, with NCH Healthcare Systems less than half a mile west.

Watercrest Naples offers 96 assisted living units and 32 memory care units in a three-story building designed by D2 Architecture in collaboration with Interior Design Associates. Common-area amenities include a fireplace, water wall, pool, salon and spa, as well as a Market Street Plaza with numerous LifeBUILT programs for the memory care patients. Residents also benefit from restaurant-style dining, wellness programs and transportation services.

Watercrest Naples is the first of two senior living projects developed by United Properties and Watercrest Senior Living Group. Their second one, dubbed Watercrest Sarasota Senior Living, is underway and slated for completion in 2020.
