Colliers Arranges Sale of 216-Bed Student Housing Community

Greenville, N.C.—Colliers International’s Student Housing Group recently closed the sale of a 216-bed student housing community in Greenville, N.C. Managing Director Dorothy Jackman represented the seller in the transaction. Campus Pointe Apartments LLC acquired the 84-unit building.

Campus Pointe

Located at 2230 Greenville Blvd., Campus Pointe features floorplans including 981-square-foot units with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as 1,188-square-foot units with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The property is situated 1.4 miles east of East Carolina University, a state school with an enrollment of 27,500 students. Community amenities such as a resort-style swimming pool, a clubhouse with a game room and TV lounge, a computer lab/study center, picnic areas with community grills and a state-of-art fitness center are available for residents.

“Campus Pointe’s close proximity to the East Carolina University campus makes it an attractive and highly sought after student housing residence,” said Jackman in prepared remarks. “The buyer already owned properties in the market and saw Campus Pointe as a stable investment that would expand its footprint in the area.”
