Civitas Opens Luxury Senior Housing in Kentucky
The community will be home to independent living, personal care and memory care residences.

Civitas Senior Living and Guttmann Properties has opened its newest luxury senior housing community in Prospect, Ky., dubbed The Grand Senior Living. The property will also be managed by Civitas. The community will be home to independent living, personal care and memory care residences.
The property is located at 9300 Civic Way, North of Interstate 71 and on the south side of Norton Commons, a neighborhood that lends itself to restaurants, retail services, annual festivals and other community events.
The approximately 191,832 square-foot asset opened its doors to 200 guests with a Roaring ’20s themed grand opening. The Grand also features amenities for its guest including an indoor heated pool, bocce ball court, putting green, an arts studio, dog spa, full-service salon, dining options and an art gallery.
In 2018, Civitas Senior Living opened two senior housing communities in Austin, Texas.
