City Club Apartments has broken ground on City Club Apartments Crossroads, an urban apartment and mixed-use community in Kansas City. The seven-story asset developed by the Detroit-based company will encompass 283 units, including apartments, duplexes, townhouses, penthouses and furnished apartments with 50 distinct floorplans. Kansas City’s Mayor Sly James and City Club Apartments Chairman & CEO Jonathan Holtzman attended the groundbreaking ceremony as speakers.
Located at the intersection of Main and 20th streets, in the city’s Crossroads neighborhood, the development sits along the Kansas City Streetcar mass transit route and is within walking distance of a wide range of dining, retail and entertainment venues.
The property’s units are set to feature design-driven interiors, terraces and above-standard ceiling heights. Common-area amenities will include a rooftop pool, outdoor theater, fitness and wellness centers, outdoor courtyard and nearly 300 underground parking spaces. City Club Apartments will also include retail, a restaurant and a wine bar.
