CIM Group recently announced that it has sold 9Seventy, a new luxury apartment community that consists of 138 units. The Boulder, Colo., property was completed in December 2015 and according to Yardi Matrix data, it also includes 3,900 square feet of retail space. Cardinal Group Management currently manages the fully leased asset.
Located at 970 28th St., 9Seventy is just steps from the University of Colorado, near the 29th Street Mall, Chataqua Park and roughly 30 miles from downtown Denver. The community features six studios, 30 one-, 89 two- and 13 three-bedroom units that range from 486 square feet to 1,208 square feet. Amenities of the five four-story buildings include an outdoor pool, gas grills, a spa, an indoor fitness center, community room, clubhouse, bike repair station as well as 172 subterranean parking spaces. All apartments have hardwood-style flooring, stainless steel appliances, modern fixtures and balconies that provide views of the Rocky Mountains.
Last year, CIM Group completed construction of the 690-unit Marquee at Block 37 apartment tower in Chicago.
