CBRE has secured the sale of The Wilmore, a 75-unit community located in the North Williams neighborhood of Portland, Ore. Phil Oester, Joe Nydahl and Josh McDonald of the company’s Portland office were part of the team that worked on behalf of the seller, Marathon Management Inc. MSL Vancouver Oregon Investments purchased the asset.
Built in 2016, the community sits on 0.7 acres at 4357 N. Williams Ave. According to data provider Yardi Matrix, the community offers more than 6.400 square feet of retail space leased to multiple tenants including Rovente Pizzeria, Open Tandoor Indian Food and Coco Donuts.
The Wilmore features 15 affordable units and a mix of studios, one-, and two-bedroom units ranging from 507 to 1,001 square feet with in unit amenities such as bamboo floors in main living areas, full-size kitchens with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and private balconies. Common-area amenities include:
- 24-hour fitness center
- rooftop with grilling area
- indoor/outdoor bike storage
- self-service bike repair
