Alliance Residential Co., in a joint venture with The Carlyle Group, has opened Broadstone Berry Hill, a 303-unit luxury asset in metro Nashville, Tenn. The developers had secured $64 million in construction financing from ServisFirst Bank, according to Yardi Matrix data.

The development team also included architecture firm Dynamic Design, as well as Mad Studio, which served as interior designer.

Broadstone Berry Hill encompasses one- and two-bedroom units averaging 790 square feet. All units feature stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops with select units sporting kitchen islands and integrated workstations. Common-area amenities include a clubroom, a sky lounge, a fitness center, a pet park, a pool, two bars and a couple of courtyards. The project also has 19 for-rent private offices and is slated to soon include a coffee shop as well.

Located at 2500 Bransford Ave. in the Berry Hill, Tenn., suburb, the rental community is less than 5 miles south of downtown Nashville, 3.3 miles from Interstate 65 and less than 1 mile from Interstate 440. Nearby retail and dining options include establishments along Franklin Pike. The 100 Oaks shopping mall, a little farther south, includes a host of tenants, among which Walmart, Ross, Home Depot, T.J. Maxx and Regal Hollywood.

Broadstone Berry Hill is not Alliance’s sole Nashville endeavor. The company also recently completed a 261-unit Class A project, which came online in 2023, according to Yardi Matrix data. Another recent Alliance opening took place in Charlotte, N.C.
