The 303-unit property is less than 5 miles south of downtown.
Alliance Residential Co., in a joint venture with The Carlyle Group, has opened Broadstone Berry Hill, a 303-unit luxury asset in metro Nashville, Tenn. The developers had secured $64 million in construction financing from ServisFirst Bank, according to Yardi Matrix data.
The development team also included architecture firm Dynamic Design, as well as Mad Studio, which served as interior designer.
Broadstone Berry Hill encompasses one- and two-bedroom units averaging 790 square feet. All units feature stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops with select units sporting kitchen islands and integrated workstations. Common-area amenities include a clubroom, a sky lounge, a fitness center, a pet park, a pool, two bars and a couple of courtyards. The project also has 19 for-rent private offices and is slated to soon include a coffee shop as well.
