Capstone to Provide Flexible Financing Program

Carlsbad, Calif.—San Diego-based Capstone Advisors will once again provide flexible capital for opportunistic real estate projects that do not meet traditional bank standards.

Capstone Advisors offers financing for a full spectrum of loans. President Alex Zikakis says the firm will consider both non-cash flowing and cash flowing assets; can help borrowers restructure and recapitalize over-leveraged properties with banks, life insurance companies and CMBS lenders; or can aid in the purchase of properties through short sales or discounted payoffs.
