CAPSTAR Joins Cassidy Turley

St. Louis–CAPSTAR Commercial Real Estate Services has joined Cassidy Turley and will adopt Cassidy Turley’s name by February 15, 2011. Cassidy Turley welcomes CAPSTAR’s team of more than 100 employees, and the company views this addition as a key component in its strategic growth plan to offer full services in the Dallas and Houston submarkets.

Mark Burkhart, CEO of Cassidy Turley says the firm was attracted to CAPSTAR’s client-focused approach, leadership position in leasing and managing Class A office properties, and reputation in the market. The two firms already share several investor clients.
