Capitol Seniors Housing Opens Luxury NJ Community
Arbor Terrace is a $25 million assisted living and memory care project in Mountainside, which Meyer Senior Living Studio designed.

Capitol Seniors Housing and The Arbor Co. have opened the doors of a new luxury assisted living and memory care community in Mountainside, N.J. Arbor Terrace Mountainside features 79 units that span across 68,000 square feet. Meyer Senior Living Studio designed the $25 million community near Lake Echo.
Located at 1050 Springfield Ave., the asset is within a 15-minute drive of Newark Liberty International Airport and 20 miles from New York City. Arbor Terrace Mountainside is close to golf and shopping venues. The property features several dining rooms, a library, a high-tech movie theater, activity room, salon and spa, and a wellness and fitness room.
In addition to the Mountainside community, Capitol Seniors Housing owns other properties in New Jersey. The company recently opened Atria Norwood, Arbor Terrace Morris Plains and The Chelsea at the Solana Marlboro. Moreover, the senior living investment and development firm also inaugurated Arbor Terrace Naperville, a 95-unit community in suburban Chicago.
