CalAtlantic Homes Opens Raleigh-Area Community

CalAtlantic Homes opened Silver Grove, a new townhome community in the heart of Cary, N.C. Homebuyers can choose from four two-story floorplans that range from 1,851 to 2,367 square feet. Units include three to five bedrooms, with pricing starting in the low $300,000s. 

Located at 903 Green Ash Lane, Silver Grove is less than one mile from Park West Village Shopping Center. The community is also close to parks, schools, shopping, dining options and golf and tennis clubs. Silver Grove is just three miles from Bond Park, which features a large lake, a boathouse, athletic fields and walking trails. Within the community, residents have access to an onsite playground. Each townhome features a two-car garage.

“The community’s close proximity to the area’s new shopping center provides convenience while the community’s peaceful, wooded setting provides an escape from the daily hustle and bustle,” said Troy George, Raleigh Division president for CalAtlantic Homes, in prepared remarks.

According to Yardi Matrix’s latest multifamily report, the Raleigh-Durham area has a booming rental market. The combination of job and population growth has generated a strong demand for apartments. Hunt Mortgage Group provided a $10 million loan for the acquisition and renovation of a 276-unit garden-style community in Greensboro. N.C.
