CA Ventures Completes 9 Student Housing Properties

CA Ventures has completed nine student housing communities, totaling 3,867 beds. The projects are located in Alabama, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina and Pennsylvania.

All nine properties are managed and leased by CA’s property management team. In August, the company launched a new management platform to operate its student housing portfolio throughout Europe.

The completed projects are as follows:

Uncommon Auburn

The 610-bed development comprises studio, one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom units. Located at 250 W. Glenn Ave, in Auburn, Ala., Uncommon Auburn is within walking distance of Auburn University.

Uncommon Dinkytown

Located at 1212 4th St. SE, in Minneapolis, the property comprises 421 units, with a mix of studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units. The community is within walking distance of the University of Minnesota.

HERE Minneapolis 

Located at 2813 4th St. SE, the 195-bed property is also close to the University of Minnesota. It comprises studio, one- and two-bedroom units.

Uncommon Reno

The Reno, Nev., community is located at 1669 N. Virginia St. and comprises 330 beds in a mix of studio, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments. The University of Nevada is within walking distance of the asset.

HERE State College

Located at 131 Heister St., in State College, Pa., the 755-bed community comprises one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom units. Penn State University is adjacent to the new development.

Uncommon Tuscaloosa

The 296-bed community comprises studio, one-, two-, four- and five-bedroom units and is located at 1214 Paul W. Bryant Drive, in Tuscaloosa, Ala. The property is within walking distance of the University of Alabama.

Uncommon Raleigh

Located at 3020 Hillsborough St., in Raleigh, N.C, the 345-bed property comprises studio, one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom apartments. North Carolina State University is 1 mile from the asset.

Latitude on Hillsborough

The 523-bed community comprises one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom units at 5701 Hillsborough St. Latitude on Hillsborough is 3 miles from Uncommon Raleigh.

Uncommon Wilmington

Located at 125 S. Kerr Ave., in Wilmington, N.C., the 392-bed Uncommon Wilmington comprises one-, two- and four-bedroom apartments. The University of North Carolina is situated within one mile from the property.
