Miami—Le Parc at Brickell, a luxury condominium project under construction by Miami-based ALTA Developers, achieved an important milestone topping off at 12 stories.
The 128-unit community in Downtown Miami’s Brickell Financial District is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2015. Le Parc at Brickell will offer studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, and exclusive two-story townhomes. Residences will feature private terraces with sweeping views of Simpson Park, the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay. Common area interior designs and furnishings will be inspired by the world-renowned Ligne Roset, with custom-designed Turn-Key Furniture Lifestyle Packages available for purchase.
“Le Parc at Brickell is offering a true boutique residential living experience near the heart of the bustling Brickell Financial District,” said Henry Pino, partner of ALTA Developers. “The building’s prime location–just a couple of blocks from Brickell Avenue–gives residents a quiet neighborhood feeling in the middle of a cosmopolitan city.”
Situated at 1600 SW 1st Avenue, Le Parc at Brickell has proven to be the best value in Brickell–drawing in buyers in the market for a Brickell condo with luxury amenities at a lower price-point. Preconstruction condos range in price from the low $300,000s to the mid-$700,000s. As pricing is aggressive for the upscale area, the development is currently around 85 percent sold.
“Le Parc’s enviable location and affordable pricing is attracting smart buyers who don’t want to sacrifice beautiful, unobstructed park views or luxury amenities,” said Raimundo Onetto, partner of ALTA Developers. “Le Parc is next to the historic Simpson Park and within walking distance to Brickell City Centre, as well as a variety of shopping, restaurants and public transportation options.”
ALTA recently topped off construction at The Mile as well, a luxury rental building under development in Coral Gables through a joint venture with Greystone Properties. It also unveiled Baltus House, a 167-unit condominium project in the Design District, co-developed with Related Group. Other projects in the pipeline are Neovite Doral, One Paraiso and 3900 Biscayne.
Earlier this year, ALTA Developers merged with Strategic Properties Group, more than four decades of experience combined, into one company known as ALTA Developers led by principals Henry Pino and Raimundo Onetto.
For 20 years, South Florida developer Henry Pino completed several mixed-use/residential projects through his company, Strategic Properties Group, such as the Vue at Brickell, Summit Brickell and 610 Clematis. Architect Raimundo Onetto helped found Archiplan, one of the largest architecture firms in Chile. He served as managing director of Miami-based Terra Group for more than a decade, raising more than $100 million in private equity funds for development projects such as 900 Biscayne, Metropolis at Dadeland and Quantum on the Bay.
