Bosa Development to Sell 350 Residences at Insignia Development in Seattle
Residences in the Northwest’s largest condo development, Insignia, are now on the market after Bosa Development kicked off the sales for its first 350 units to potential buyers from its Sales Center in Seattle last weekend.

Seattle—Residences in the Northwest’s largest condo development, Insignia, are now on the market after Bosa Development kicked off the sales for its first 350 units to potential buyers from its Sales Center in Seattle last weekend.
More than 100 prospects have expressed interest in the development, which will feature twin 41-story towers and will be located at the convergence of Downtown, Belltown and South Lake Union—just two blocks away from Amazon’s planned 3.3 million-square-foot office building—and will be completed in several phases, beginning with a Phase One that is scheduled slated for completion in late spring of 2015.
“In the past year, over 200 companies have announced they are either moving to Seattle or opening a major branch office there,” says Alan P. Mark, founder and president of The Mark Company, Northwest, which will be the broker of record representing sales at the Insignia. “The technology sector, a major component of job growth and sustainability, now draws 85 percent of software graduates to Seattle on a permanent basis.”
Insignia, designed by architect Perkins & Company, is striving for LEED Silver certification and will feature a set of selected units that will be designed by renowned interior designer Mitchell Freedland.
The initial 350 residences will offer one and two bedroom floor plans and will range in price from the high $400,000s to about $2 million.
Units will feature 360-degree views of Puget Sound, Lake Union, and Olympic and Cascade ranges, in addition to high-end finishes such as quartz countertops, stainless steel cooktop, oven and microwave and European cabinetry.
Community amenities will include a sky retreat on the 41st floor, a resident lounge, open-air park terrace with outdoor grilling area, outdoor fireplace gathering area, fitness atrium with yoga and Pilates studio, screening room with entertaining bar and lobby designed by Freedland.
Residents will also have access to pet areas and pet grooming area, as well as gated and attended parking garage with residential assigned parking, electric car charging stations, a car wash bay and bike storage area.
An indoor lap pool, spa, steam room and sauna have been proposed for the North Tower, which is part of Phase Two.
