Dallas—BMC Capital, a lender for small-balance multifamily loans in Texas, announced that it originated two loans totaling $1,050,000 to refinance three multifamily properties in Dallas: a 20-unit property on Bryan Street, an 8-unit property on Junius, and a 10-unit property on Holland. The two loans closed simultaneously in order to meet the needs of the existing lenders. The loans featured a 5 year fixed period with 5.5 percent blended rates overall.
