Blue Ridge Selected to Manage Two Wilmington Communities

Blue Ridge Companies has taken over management of the Pleasant Grove Village and Village Green residential communities in North Carolina.

Wilmington, N.C.—High Point, N.C.-based real estate development and management firm Blue Ridge Cos. was recently selected to manage Pleasant Grove Village and Village Green, two multifamily communities in Wilmington.

Located in southern Wilmington at 4830 South College Road, Pleasant Grove Village is a community comprised of  79 townhomes featuring two- and three-bedroom floorplans. Monthly rents start at $955 and unit sizes go up to 1,350 square feet.

Located at 820 MacMillan Ave. N., adjacent to the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, Village Green offers 138 one-, two- and three-bedroom residential units. Rental rates start at $640 and go as high as $815. Community amenities at Village Green include: tennis courts, swimming pool, BBQ grills and picnic area, emergency maintenance and an on-side laundry center. The property is located minutes from the beach, the university campus and downtown Wilmington.
