Las VegasBetter Homes and Gardens Real Estate has announced the adjoining of Universal Realty to its franchise network. The newly named Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Universal will continue to operate with buyers looking to achieve ownership.

“We look forward to working hand-in-hand with Better Homes (…) to bring our business to another level. With its name equity, best-in-class marketing tools and technological support, this brand is sure to make us a more cohesive unit that can better serve our diverse array of clients in and around Las Vegas and Henderson. This is an instrumental partnership as we look to realize our aggressive growth plans in the years ahead,” said broker/owner Scott Beaudry in prepared remarks.

The company will be led by Beaudry, who will continue to serve Southern Nevada, namely Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson. The firm will continue to maintain a close relationship with U.S. Vets, the nation’s largest private nonprofit provider of comprehensive services to homeless and at-risk military veterans. The team put together by Beaudry focuses on working with buyers new to the market as real estate activity in the Las Vegas-area has increased considerably in recent years.

“Scott Beaudry and his entire team epitomize our brand’s definition of a modern real estate brokerage focused on providing personalized consumer experiences. Their local knowledge and location is an asset as this is a time when land all across the Las Vegas Valley is getting acquired at a rapid rate. They are an ideal addition to our network,” said Sherry Chris, president & CEO of Better Homes, in a prepared statement.
