Berkadia Brokers Sale of 156-Unit St. Louis Asset

Berkadia has facilitated the sale of the 156-unit Windsor Townhomes in St. Louis, Mo. San Francisco-based Polaris Real Estate Partners purchased the community from Mills Properties. According to Yardi Matrix data, the sale was subject to a $5.7 million 12-year loan funded by Fannie Mae. 

Senior Director Michael Sullivan of Berkadia’s Kansas City office, Managing Director Ken Aston and Director Andrea Kendrick of the company’s St. Louis office, along with Managing Director Alex Blagojevich of the firm’s Chicago office worked on the transaction. Aston and Kendrick have recently completed the sale of The Orion, a 178-unit luxury community also in St. Louis.

Located at 6699 Amora Drive, Windsor Townhomes is close to St. Louis Lambert International Airport. The property is adjacent to Interstate 170 and within 15 miles of downtown St. Louis. Completed in 1967, the two- and three-bedroom units that average 1,625 square feet are spread across 15 buildings. Amenities include a swimming pool, extra storage space and 300 parking spaces. As of August, the property had a 93.6 percent occupancy rate.
