Berkadia has negotiated the sale of Park Place at Fox Hill, a 60-unit community in Indianapolis. Director Chris Bruzas and Senior Managing Director Alex Blagojevich worked on behalf of the seller, Barrett Asset Management. Fairlawn Real Estate acquired the property.

Located at 1349 Saddlebrook Court, in the historic Fox Hill neighborhood, the community offers convenient access to some of Indianapolis’s best-known collegiate areas, including Butler University, Marion University, as well as Broad Ripple and Washington Township Schools. Additionally, various dining, shopping and entertainment venues including Juan Solomon Park, Walmart, Starbucks, Highland Golf Country Club, Walgreens and Pizza Hut are nearby.

Built in 1970, the pet-friendly property features a mix of 15 one-bedroom and 45 two-bedroom units averaging 900 square feet. Common-area amenities include share laundry facilities, private deck, patio areas and 24-hour maintenance services.

Earlier this year, Berkadia’s Bruzas and Blagojevich secured the sale of another Indiana community, a 314-unit property in Carmel.
