Bellrock Real Estate Partners Acquires 304-Unit Texas Property

CLX Ventures has sold The Grand on Beach, a 304-unit community in Haltom City, Texas. Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap, represented the seller and procured the buyer, Bellrock Real Estate Partners.
Completed in 2019, the eight-building property comprises studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with washer/dryer units, vaulted ceilings and private balconies/patios, according to Yardi Matrix. Common-area amenities include a fitness center, clubhouse, swimming pool and business center. The asset also has 456 parking spaces.
Located at 4100 Northern Cross Blvd. on 15 acres, the property is just off Interstate 820. Major businesses in the area include BNSF Railway, American Airlines, Bell Helicopter, Acme Brick, Pier 1, TPG Capital, Renfro Foods and Dannon, among others. The Grand is within 8 miles of downtown Fort Worth, Texas.
